Our Story

Since 2016, DOUGH by Licastri has offered the finest pizza and breads from over three generations (nearly 100 years). The late great Stephen Licastri mastered the art of dough-making spending his early years working for his family’s business. Licastri Bakery. After observing, learning and creating “Old World” dough recipes, he combined that knowledge with modern techniques to produce artisan pizza and breads to satisfy the most sophisticated palate and toughest critics. Only the finest ingredients, including an all-natural sourdough yeast starter, locally sourced wheat flour or Fleur de Sel Sea Salt – combine all of this with using a three day rise process (a labor of love). Stephen shared his love for food to our staff to ensure that the DOUGH legacy would live on forever. From focaccia pizza to sandwiches, all our food is created fresh and made-to-order to offer the freshest and most quality taste that will leave your taste buds craving more. Our indoor/outdoor seating also offers our guests the opportunity to enjoy great food and relax. We also encourage BYOB too! And as we always say,
